WHAT WE’LL DO

We will use a variety of approaches, including mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing, an approach developed by Peter Levine, Ph.D., to help you come into easeful alignment with your physiology. When we are in alignment with our physiology we learn to trust ourselves and our own innate inner wisdom. We are no longer living in a state of traumatic reactivity, including fear, anxiety, and worry. My training and experience will help you build self-confidence, a strong sense of self, and freedom from negative behaviors and belief systems.
